By downloading, installing, or using the Animavox application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Description of Service
Animavox is a paranormal investigation toolkit for iOS that provides tools including an SLS Camera, LiDAR Scanner, EMF Meter, EVP Recorder, Sensor Panel, and Investigation Logger. The App uses your device's built-in sensors and augmented reality capabilities to provide environmental readings and detection features.
3. Entertainment Disclaimer
Important: Animavox is designed for entertainment and hobbyist investigation purposes. The App does not claim to detect, prove, or disprove the existence of paranormal phenomena. Sensor readings reflect real environmental data from your device's hardware, but their interpretation in a paranormal context is entirely at the user's discretion.
We make no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any paranormal-related interpretations provided by the App.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
5. User Accounts
You may optionally create an account using Sign In with Apple. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.
6. Subscriptions & Payments
Animavox offers a free tier and a Premium subscription. Premium features are available through auto-renewable subscriptions managed by Apple's In-App Purchase system via RevenueCat.

Prices shown are in USD and may vary by region based on App Store pricing. Both plans include a 3-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial period ends. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
Free Tier Limitations

7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- • Use the App for any unlawful purpose or to trespass on private property
- • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App
- • Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App
- • Use the App in any way that could harm, disable, or impair the service
- • Misrepresent App results as scientific evidence of paranormal activity
8. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the App — including but not limited to the design, graphics, text, software, code, and trademarks — are owned by Animavox and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. "Animavox" and the Animavox logo are trademarks of Animavox.
9. User-Generated Content
Investigation logs, recordings, photos, and other media created through the App are your property. You retain all rights to content you create. We do not claim ownership of your investigation data. Content is stored locally on your device and optionally in your personal iCloud account.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Animavox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App. This includes, without limitation, damages for personal injury, property damage, emotional distress, or any other damages arising from investigations conducted while using the App. You use the App entirely at your own risk.
11. Safety Notice
Safety first: Always ensure your personal safety when conducting investigations. Do not trespass on private property. Be aware of your surroundings, especially in low-light conditions. Do not use the App while driving or operating machinery. Animavox is not responsible for any injuries or damages that occur during investigations.
12. Device Requirements
The App requires iOS 17.0 or later and an iPhone with an A12 chip or later for full functionality. LiDAR features require an iPhone 13 Pro or later. Not all features may be available on all devices. We are not responsible for any compatibility issues with unsupported devices.
13. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Use or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
14. Governing Law
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
